My business plan is simple: I nurture relationships to build a client-base on a reputation for superior attention to detail, clear and timely communication, and in-depth market knowledge gained from analysis of data offering clients an edge in what can be a competitive market.


You can expect me to take the lead in your real estate transition by initiating communication with you and the other parties to ensure we all are working under the same understanding to manage the steps in the real estate transfer process. For you this means, I will send you bulleted lists of key dates and benchmarks per your contract anticipating solutions as we talk through next steps and potential hurdles. Your local lenders and escrow officers have come to know I expect them to anticipate any potential issues so we can work to resolve them keeping the transfer of property on track. You’ll find I am not one to wait and see, I lead.


Like many of you I was drawn to the area from afar. A native of Minnesota, I purchased an investment property in Whitefish in 2009. Soon after the draw of mountains was so strong, I couldn’t resist moving permanently. I am blessed to have met my husband here becoming stepmom to two wonderful children. One evening by the fire in the Base Lodge on Big Mountain while the kids were night skiing, Eric and I pondered the idea of life on the mountain leading us to build a home at the resort where we reside year round.


My first career and degrees are in the human service professions, I consider my career as a Realtor to be an extension of that human service. You can expect attention to detail, timely and clear communication, and hopefully a bit of fun in your real estate transfer.

Our purchase became contenseous as the ‘out of town’ owners did not have a handle on the poor condition of the house. Their realtor was not willing to admit to the problems inspite of the well documented inspection. Cathy pointed out several structural issues described by a highly qualified inspector and several experienced/licensed contractors. She handled the negotiations with intelligence and grace. Cathy’s persistence got us through with a fair contract. We’re happy to have her not just represent us professionally, but to have her as a good friend.
